Do you have any coupons or free samples?
The product is listed in Tesco and through our marketing programme with Tesco Clubcard vouchers will be sent out to relevant customers on occasion.  Any other offers and deals can be found intermittently in Tesco stores or see the website www.breathease.co
Where can I find a list of your ingredients and colorants?
Our products are not coloured. Like all manufacturers of cleaning products we are not required to publish all our ingredients. We strongly support a change in the law to allow this to happen however if we were to publish our ingredients it would put us at a severe disadvantage vs our competitors in the market, as our competitors would easily be able to copy our ideas. We don’t think that is fair given the amount of time and research we have carried out to get this far. We can assure you that all our ingredients have been scrutinised by allergy standards before being awarded the accreditation and being allowed to proudly display the ‘asthma & allergy friendly’.
Where can I find material safety data sheets (MSDS)?
On our safety website http://www.safetydata.org

No not really
Does breathease make fragrance-free products?
No we don’t – that would be too easy and anyway cleaning products themselves have odours so the products would never be completely fragrance free. Our philosophy is that people with asthma & allergies should also be able to enjoy fresh smelling fragrances around the home during and after cleaning. That’s why we have worked tirelessly to create fragrances that are completely allergen free.
Are breathease fragrances natural or synthetic?
Synthetic. Natural fragrances contain the most allergens – this may surprise you but just think how many times you sneeze or getting runny eyes near fresh flowers, lavender fields?

The kill is on contact. The anti-bacterial activity does not.

Is breathease safe for people with allergies?
Nothing is ever going to be 100% safe however the work we have done with allergy standards and asthma uk has got us to the point where we believe we have removed all known allergens from our cleaning products – that is allergens that have been clinically shown to cause allergic reactions or asthma in human studies or medical reports. We therefore believe we have a leading edge product with the minimal risk of triggering an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions however can only be reduced by a holistic lifestyle approach not by just changing your cleaning products.

Is breathease safe to use around children?
Yes.
What is the possibility of your antibac line creating “superbugs” or antimicrobial resistance?
Superbugs are associated with antibiotic use more than anti-bacterials however there is a concern that over use of anti-bacterials can cause resistance to build up, this concern needs to be balanced against the world in which our grandparents grew up where disease spread rapidly in unsanitary conditions and life expectancy was half what it is today.
Do breathease antibacterial cleaning products work against H1N1 flu (Swine Flu)?
Our products have not been tested against this stain of swine flu – this would have to be an anti-viral not an anti-bacterial product.
How does breathease make a fragranced product which is safe for my fragrance triggered allergy?
Fragrances contain ‘fragrance allergens’ you will see these labelled on some cleaning products as for example limonene, linalool. By law if these allergens are present in a fragrance above a certain level they must be declared on pack so that people with fragrance allergies can be pre-warned prior to use. However what most people don’t know is if these allergens are not declared on pack it does not mean the allergens are not present – just that they are at a lower level. Breathease is unique – not only do we have no allergens present at a declarable level on pack – we have no allergens present at all!
